1. ENROLLMENT AND PAYMENT

           1. Registration is complete only after submission of the registration form and payment of all applicable fees.

           2. Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in section 6.

​

           3. Payment is due before or when your athlete enters class unless you are signed up for invoice payments.

​

           4. Enrollment is subject to availability; Bendables Cheer LLC reserves the right to close or limit team spots at any time.

​

2.  ATTENDANCE AND PARTICIPATION

            1. Consistent attendance is required to ensures skill development and team cohesion.

​

            2. Absences should be communicated in advance when possible. Excessive absences may impact participation in routines, competition, or stunts. Excessive Absences are subject to dismissal from the team.

​

            3. Athletes are expected to participate safely and follow coach instruction at all times.

​

3. CONDUCT

            1. Respect toward coaches, staff, teammates, and other participants is required.

​

            2. Inappropriate behavior, bullying, or harassment may result in disciplinary action, up to and including removal from the team.

​

            3. Use of drugs and alcohol products are strictly prohibited at all Bendables Cheer LLC events, practices, and competitions.

​

4. COMPETITIONS AND PERFORMANCES

            1. Participation in competitions, showcases, or other events is part of the team commitment.

​

            2. Competition schedules may be subject to change. Bendables Cheer LLC is not responsible for travel delays, cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances.

​

            3. Additional fees for competitions, uniforms, or travel may apply.

​

5. SAFETY AND LIABILITY

            1. Cheerleading involves physical activity, including stunts, tumbling, and jumps, which carry inherent risks.

​

            2. Parents/Guardians acknowledge these risks and agree to release Bendables Cheer LLC, its staff, and affiliates from liability for injuries sustained during classes, practices, or events, except in cases of gross negligence.

​

            3. Proper safety equipment and supervision will be provided, but participation is at the athletes own risk.

​

6. REFUNDS AND WITHDRAWALS

            1. Registration fees and class payments are non-refundable except in cases of serious injury (with medical documentation) or program cancellation.

​

             2. Written notice of withdrawal is required. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued at the discretion of Bendables Cheer LLC.

​

             3. Any outstanding balances must be paid prior to withdrawal.

​

7. MEDIA RELEASE

             1. By participating in Bendables Cheer LLC programs, athletes and their guardians consent to photos, videos, or recordings for promotional purposes, including website, social media, or advertising, unless written notice is provided to opt out.

​

8. POLICY CHANGES

             1. Bendables Cheer LLC reserves the right to amend policies, schedules, fees, or team structure at any time. 

​

             2. Families will be notified of changes via email or posted notices. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated policies.

​

9. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

            1. By enrolling in Bendables Cheer LLC recreational competitive cheer teams, participants and their guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
